Welcome to Spirit Life
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe that church should be a place that is full of life, excitement, and the transforming presence of God. When you visit us, we believe you will experience just that. Our worship is energetic and passionate, we teach from the Bible in a powerful yet practical way, and we love others compassionately. From our nursery and fun-filled children’s service, to the relevant and inspiring teaching, there is something for everyone! Most importantly, you will experience the Presence of God. But rather than letting us tell you about it, come and experience it for yourself!
Spirit Life stated in a small nutrition shop in downtown Alexandria on August 7th, 2011. In response to God’s call to pioneer a church in the Alexandria area, pastors Jeff and Natasha moved their family from Florida to Minnesota with a mandate to set people ablaze with passion to know, love, and serve God in their everyday lives.
Pastor Jeff grew up in south central Pennsylvania. At the age of 22 he left his hometown and moved to central Florida. One month later he encountered God on the beach of Daytona and totally surrendered his life to Jesus Christ as Lord. Jeff has a love for both the truth of God’s Word and the power of God’s Holy Spirit . He is also passionate about helping people find and fulfill their destiny (who God created them to be and what God created them to do). Jeff values being in God’s presence, spending time with his family and friends, and sharing with others just how good God really is.
Pastor Natasha grew up in a broken home in Las Vegas, NV. At the age of 16 she moved to Kissimmee, FL with her mom, brother, and sister. It was there that she surrendered her life to Jesus and was changed by His power and presence. With the help of a loving church family she grew to know the love of the Father and the power of His Holy Spirit. A few years later she married Pastor Jeff and they now have three precious children. What Natasha values most in life is her family, pleasing her Heavenly Father, relationships with the people God has brought into her life, and reaching out to the lost and hurting.
To raise up people to intimately know God, obediently respond to His Word, confidently hear His voice, and faithfully follow His Spirit. To reach the lost and disciple the found.
To lead all people into God’s love, family, and purpose.
